Rolling Chassis – is the frame plus the “running gear” like engine, transmission, drive shaft, differential, and suspension.

A vehicle frame – is the main supporting structure of a motor vehicle. All car components are attached on the frame. Vehicle frame construction is commonly used on large trucks and SUVs. So we can go to start learn the main parts of chassis.

Car body – is the unibody consists of major body panels to attached all car components on it.

Suspension – is the vehicle system that consists of tires, springs, shock absorbers and linkages that connects a vehicle to its wheels and allows relative motion between the two.

There are two design of suspension: front suspension and rear suspension of a car.
